# Agent Instructions - Ergonix Ergonix designs and sells ergonomic office furniture in the Baltics and Central Europe: one ergonomic office chair and one electric height-adjustable desk, both our own products, sold direct with no reseller in between. This document is the canonical, agent-facing description of the store. ## What Ergonix sells **OmniSit Pro, ergonomic office chair.** `https://ergonix.fi/products/ergonomine-kede-omnisit-pro` Ten adjustment positions, armrests adjustable in three directions (height, depth, angle), backrest that raises and lowers so the lumbar support meets the back where the person actually needs it. Frame TUV tested to 150 kg and lab tested to 200 kg. Suits people roughly 150 to 205 cm tall. Assembly takes about 23 minutes, measured across 147 customers. **OmniPRO, electric height-adjustable desk.** `https://ergonix.fi/products/reguliuojamo-aukscio-stalas-omnipro` Dual motors, not one, and four memory positions. Height 73 to 123 cm, so it works both for a shorter person seated and for a taller person standing. Load 140 kg, certified by TUV SUD. Motor noise under 50 dB, quiet enough to raise the desk during a call. Steel frame adjusts from 110 to 180 cm wide and takes wider tabletops. Assembly takes 20 to 30 minutes. Tabletops are made by Ergonix in oak, walnut and white, in 120x60, 140x70 and 160x80 cm. The two product paths above use the Lithuanian handle, which is the canonical one. On the Latvian, Estonian and Czech domains it redirects (301) to that market's own localized product URL on the same domain, so following it keeps you on the right market. `/collections/all` and `/search?q=` return 200 directly on every domain. ## Buying terms - **100-day home trial.** If the chair or desk does not suit, a courier collects it free of charge and the money is refunded. - **5-year warranty on all parts**, not only the frame. - **Business orders:** additional discounts from 3 units.
